This layouts name is: Suteki Stars!! it means beautiful stars. ^^ my Favorite type of brush is Stars, hearts, and sparkles!! the swirl you see which is behind the picture is my own, and I'm not lying about it. It's pretty easy to make ^^ Star brushes are easy too.
The Layout features a character from Kanon. I haven't seen the series yet, but is going to ^^ the drawings are very very cute.
How to use the Layout (although some people might already know...)
1. Unzip the file using Winzip or Winrar
2. Upload all the files in your website
3. Put all the HTml and Css in the Html Editor and name is as Index.html or Index.htm.
4. Edit the Css or Html to whatever you want, but if you do that,

the layout even with the html or css changed, it does not belong to you. the copyrights and layout is all made by me. i'll credit the people who deserves to be credited
5. Voila!!! Your Layout is done!!
6. Put your test in this place ^^ haha but don't erase the credits!!!!
